Datin Malliga Subramaniam, a seasoned HR professional with over two decades of experience, serves as the Founder and Managing Partner of Tech Talent Sdn Bhd. With past executive roles in multinationals like CIMA, she brings a deep passion for human capital and engagement. Malliga holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Ballarat, Australia, and a Business Admin degree from Hawaii Pacific University.

Not only is she a Certified Performance Coach and Master NLP Practitioner, but also an established speaker, entrepreneur, and the current President of the Malaysia Women Chamber of Commerce. Malliga’s leadership and vision continue to inspire and innovate in the HR industry.
